FeCrAl alloy is high resistance and electrical heating alloy.
FeCrAl Alloy can reach process temperatures of 2192 to 2282°F,
corresponding to a resistance temperature of 2372°F.
In order to
improve anti-oxidation ability and increase working life, we
usually put addition of rare earths in the alloy, such as La+Ce,
Yttrium, Hafnium, Zirconium, etc.
It is normally used in electrical furnace, glass top hobs, quartz
tube heaters, resistors, catalytic converter, heating elements and
etc.
The heat in the traditional light wave furnace cannot be heated
quickly, nor can it be stir-fried, and it is also a waste of
energy. In order to overcome the deficiency of the existing kitchen
cookers, a new type of kitchen cookers, the advanced electric
ceramic stove, has been developed at home and abroad.
As an enterprise specializing in the development of electrothermal
alloy, our company has designed and developed a new type of
ferrochrome aluminum foil for the electric ceramic furnace, which
is specially designed and developed for the heating element of the
electric ceramic furnace.
